YOUR PRIVATE GETAWAY
IN MARLOTH PARK

Sanibonani, and Welcome to Marula View!

Wake up to the call of the Fish Eagle. Take a walk along the boundary fence of the Kruger National Park, watching Elephants at play in the Crocodile River.  Relax in your own private splash pool, while the inquisitive Kudu watches you from under the Knobthorn Tree and the Zebras take a drink, unperturbed by your presence. BBQ at sunset while the Warthogs look for a tasty morsel as you watch the sun go down.  Dine under the stars, listening to the roar of the Lions within the Kruger National Park. Go to sleep listening to the sounds of  Hippos grunting and the whoops of the Hyena, and wake up refreshed the next morning ready for another African adventure!

Highly recommended bush cottage. An ideal location from which to visit the Kruger National Park.

"We had a great long weekend in Marloth and Kruger Park.  A warm welcome by the local Zebras and Warthogs.  An ideal location for anyone wanting to visit the Kruger National Park."

Marula View bush Cottage is a very special place especially if you are wanting to get back to nature.  We always love staying here when we come over from the UK to Marloth Park.  Every time we have stayed at Marula View we have seen loads of passing traffic of Kudus, Giraffes, Warthogs, Zebras, Ostriches and Monkeys.  The Cottage is beautifully decorated, a home from home, tranquil and an ideal base to explore Kruger National Park.

I have had the pleasure of staying at Marula View Bush Cottage a number of times.  It is the perfect place for a magnificent bush experience.  Sitting watching the wildlife pass through from the porch is quite surreal.  Inquisitive Zebras, graceful Giraffes, playful Warthogs, quietly statuesque Kudu and lovable Bush Babies, not to mention the naughty Baboons.  The idyllic surroundings mean you have a truly peaceful stay in which you can drink up the distinctive African air and sunshine.  Just a short drive to the Kruger National Park where even more wildlife awaits.  I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Marula View and I will most definitely be back.

Marula view is a beautiful place to wind down and relax.  what could be better than sipping a glass of wine in the pool while the wildlife comes to you? The resident bush baby is always a treat and the warthogs always make lovely companions!

"Thank you for the most amazing trip to the bush. Spent an awesome day in the Kruger. This is why I live in Africa.”

"We like this bush hideaway a lot. At night, sitting quietly on the stoep, we heard Hippos in the river, a lion roar and the whoop whoop of a Hyena. Mongoose passed through with their babies, walking over the stoep inspecting the braai and Guinea Fowl visited regularly. The Duiker hung around and Zebra too.  A Kudu bull was also here the first night. Thank you very much for the opportunity to visit. Magnificent! "
