Marula View comfortably accommodates 4 people. 


The Cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and sitting room, lovely covered patio, private splash pool, built in BBQ and a boma area.  There are no fences, ensuring that the local game can travel freely through the property and reserve.  There is ample parking for 2 vehicles. The Cottage 300m from the best lookout point in Marloth Park, which provides a beautiful view of the Kruger National Park and Crocodile River.

Bedroom 1  contains a queen-size bed, and bedroom 2 has a double bed.  Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, side tables and lamps, high quality bedding, mosquito nets, air-conditioners, insect screens and security bars. 

Bathroom 1 has a shower over the bath, a toilet and a basin. Bathroom 2 has a toilet, basin and shower. 

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, a mini electric oven with 2 plates, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. It  has sufficient pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and crockery.


There is no dishwasher or washing machine, but there is a laundromat at the Bush Centre Shops, about 2 km away.

Bath towels, linen and swimming towels are provided. 


The living area has two comfortable couches and a coffee table, and leads through sliding doors on to the covered patio and a splash pool.   


There is no wifi, television or radio in the cottage, making it ideal for guests to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature.

Please be aware that no pets of any description are permitted into Marloth Park. This is to ensure that no disease is transmitted to the wildlife.


Marloth Park is a wildlife sanctuary and conservancy located in  Mpumalanga Province, South Africa
The park is on the banks of the Crocodile river between the towns of Malelane and Komatipoort on the N4 National Highway, en route to Mozambique.
Marloth Park boasts four of the "Big Five" with the exception of Elephant.
Lion, Rhino and Buffalo are confined to Marloth's Game Reserve, "Lionspruit".  General game, including Impala, Kudu, Wildebeest, Warthog, Giraffe, and Zebra are not restricted by fences and roam freely between the units that are built on 3000 hectares of Bushveld.
This Conservancy is on the southern boundary of the Kruger National Park. 
Kruger Park's Crocodile Bridge Gate is 14 kilometres away, and Malelane Gate 35 kilometres away.
Marloth Park was founded in 1977 and is named after Rudolf Marloth, a renowned German botanist. 
Inside Marloth Park, freedom of movement is remarkable.  During daylight, tourists can ride a bicycle or go for a walk on their own through the African bush.  While walking along the Crocodile River boundary fence footpath, visitors can watch spectacular wildlife scenes in the adjacent Kruger National Park.
After dusk, no outdoor walking is permitted as the African wildlife reclaims the bush.
